The course in one paragraph

Electromagnetism is one long unification. Charge creates fields; Gauss's law organizes them; potential makes them computable; capacitors store them and circuits put them to work. Then the twist: moving charge makes magnetic fields (Biot–Savart, Ampère), and changing magnetic fields make electric fields back (Faraday). Close the loop with Maxwell's displacement current and the equations sing: electromagnetic waves, moving at exactly the measured speed of light.

How to study

E&M is cumulative like nothing else in first-year physics: Gauss needs flux, potential needs field, circuits need potential, induction needs flux again.
